- 1 whole or 2 split chicken breasts
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/3 cup water
- chili powder, onion powder, and cumin, to taste
Place chicken breasts and water in slow-cooker. Sprinkle chicken with spices. Pour salsa and tomatoes over the chicken. Cook on low for 6 – 7 hours or until meat falls from bone.
Remove chicken from bone and shred.
